Prize

One (1) Product Toss Skateboard from the world of GRiND.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $94.99 USD.

No substitution, transfer, or cash equivalent will be provided except at the sole discretion of GRiND. GRiND reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value should circumstances require.

Giveaway Period

The Product Toss Board Giveaway (the "Giveaway") begins on June 26, 2026 and ends on July 10, 2026 (the "Giveaway Period").

All eligible entries must be received before the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

GRiND's computer systems and records shall be deemed the official timekeeping device for purposes of the Giveaway.

Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, representatives, affiliates, agents, and immediate family members of GRiND and any entities involved in the administration of the Giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Participation constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Giveaway Rules and the decisions of GRiND, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway.

How To Enter

Eligible entrants may participate in the Giveaway through either a purchase entry or an alternative method of entry.

Purchase Entry

Eligible customers who place an order through grindofficial.shop during the Giveaway Period will automatically receive entries according to the following:

• Purchase any Capsule 001 item and receive one (1) entry.
  
• Purchase the complete Capsule 001 collection, consisting of:
  • One (1) Super Duper Team Shirt
  • One (1) Chili N Such Trucker Hat
  • One (1) RIVERS Deck
  • One (1) GRiND Logo Heavyweight Hoodie

and receive four (4) total entries.

Complete Capsule 001 Reward (U.S. Customers Only)

Customers who purchase one (1) of each Capsule 001 item will automatically unlock the Complete Capsule 001 Reward.

The Complete Capsule 001 Reward includes:

• Four (4) total giveaway entries; and
  
• Thirty Dollars ($30.00 USD) off the qualifying order.
  

The Complete Capsule 001 Reward is available only to customers with shipping addresses within the United States.

Additional purchases beyond the complete Capsule 001 collection do not increase the number of entries received.

Maximum Entries

Participants may receive a maximum of four (4) entries regardless of entry method.

Any entries received in excess of the four (4) entry limit will be void.

GRiND reserves the right to disqualify any entrant attempting to exceed the stated maximum number of entries through the use of multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, or any other means.

Winner Selection

One (1) winner will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

The random drawing will take place on or about July 17, 2026.

The decisions of GRiND regarding all matters related to the Giveaway shall be final and binding.

Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their entry.

The winner is expected to be announced during a GRiND Q&A livestream on or about July 17, 2026.

If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within seven (7) days, or is otherwise determined to be ineligible, GRiND reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for GRiND to use the winner's name, likeness, city of residence, photographs, video footage, statements, and related content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Giveaway Rules and by the decisions of GRiND.

GRiND reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or otherwise violating these rules.

GRiND reserves the right to modify, suspend, postpone, or terminate the Giveaway should fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impair the integrity or proper operation of the Giveaway.

Any attempt to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws.

Limitation of Liability

GRiND assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries.

GRiND shall not be responsible for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to website interruptions, internet outages, software errors, or hardware failures which may affect participation in the Giveaway.

Privacy

Information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used solely for purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with applicable privacy laws and policies.

Limitation of Liability

GRiND assumes no responsibility for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, stolen, misdirected, or undelivered entries, nor for technical failures or malfunctions which may affect participation in the Giveaway.

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless GRiND and its affiliates, representatives, agents, and partners from any claims arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize.

Requests must be received within four (4) weeks following the conclusion of the Giveaway Period.

Technical Failures

GRiND shall not be responsible for technical errors, interruptions, or failures that may affect entry submissions, communications, or the administration of the Giveaway.

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Shopify, X, or any other platform used to promote the Giveaway.

Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used solely for purposes of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with the GRiND Privacy Policy.

No Purchase Necessary

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
