Thank you for supporting the official GRiND store. Each item is made to order to ensure quality and reduce waste.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times
Delivery estimates shown on product pages are provided as a general guideline based on current production times and typical carrier transit times. Actual delivery dates may vary, and orders may arrive earlier or later than the estimated timeframe.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the shipment date, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate the issue and assist you further.

Apparel & Standard Products
United States: 3–7 business days
Canada: 10–30 business days
Custom Skateboard Decks
United States Shipping: 2–5 business days (UPS Ground)
International Shipping: 5-30 (postal service)
Express Shipping
2-day and overnight shipping options may be available at checkout. These apply to shipping time only and do not reduce production/processing time.
Please note that all timeframes are estimates and may vary due to location, customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
International Duties & Taxes
International skateboard deck shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges upon delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and/or carrier, are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout unless otherwise stated, and are the responsibility of the customer.
If your order contains both a skateboard deck and other items, they may ship separately from different locations and may arrive at different times. Any applicable import charges for the skateboard deck shipment would apply to that shipment separately.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Address changes may not be possible once an order has entered production.
